GarbleBoy is a perl script which relies on web-based translation engines. GarbleBoy acts as a simple web client (using LWP). Each piece of text is formed into a query to the chosen translation engine, GarbleBoy then parses out the translation, wash, rinse and repeat. Because There are two http requests from boldra.com with each translation, translations can be slow. GarbleBoy source is available under the terms of the GPL. mail me for a copy.
