I got back to Zürich on Monday at 7am. I took Monday off work and
came in on Tuesday to some rather bad news - the company was shifting
focus away from internet, and I was no longer needed. I was invited to
stick around for a few days and see if anything changed. On Friday I
received my written notice. So now I'm back where I was 5 months ago - wandering around Europe staying in sleazy hotels, meeting sleazy people and looking for work. I've had a couple of encouraging leads already, but I'd much rather be decorating a new apartment in Zürich with a fucking huge TV. So before I decide to jump in front of a train, why not cheer me up and tell me how sexy I am? Do it quick, before I have to sleep with someone else from the recruitment consultancy (video coming soon).
Well, I still have a job here in Zürich - I've even been paid - so I'm not about to jump in front of any oncoming s-bahn. Instead I got myself a nifty new laptop, and I'm documenting "Boldra's Swiss Experience" in video. Be sure to check the home page regularly - I'll be showing a new video each week until February.
